AI consulting without hype. Strategies that produce results.
We help you decide where AI investment is worth it, what to do first, what to avoid and how to measure return. No jargon, no promises of 10x gains. We're a young firm (NeuroAI Advance S.R.L., CUI 54729441) — we're transparent about that, and our format is calibrated for it: clear scopes, focused pilots, validation before commitment.
Why consulting, not just implementation
Most AI projects fail not because the tech doesn't work, but because the wrong problem is being solved. Good consulting means clarity before code.
Informed decision, not trend
AI is the right tool for some processes — not all. We help you separate where investment pays off from where human work remains more efficient.
Roadmap that holds
We don't sell isolated automation. We build a 6-12 month roadmap, prioritized by P&L impact and your team's capacity to absorb change.
Objective tool selection
We're not a reseller. We recommend tools because they work in your context, not for commission. Sometimes that means telling you not to buy anything.
Compliance from the start
GDPR, AI provider contracts, data policy, transparency with employees. These need to be thought through before the first implementation, not after.
What kind of consulting we deliver
Four formats, calibrated for the specific problems of small and mid-sized companies.
Digital & AI readiness audit
Complete map of current processes. We identify 5-10 AI candidates, sorted by impact and effort. Written report + presentation session with management. Based on your real company data.
Strategy & 6-12 month roadmap
Detailed plan with concrete steps, deadlines, budget, KPIs and owners. Aligned with business priorities, not AI models. Reviewed quarterly. Board-ready documentation.
Training & change management
Your team enters AI without feeling threatened. Sessions per department (sales, ops, HR, finance). We build internal ambassadors and clear usage policies.
Vendor selection & negotiation
Help choosing tools (from GPT/Claude to vertical platforms). We compare pricing, evaluate contracts, accompany you to negotiations. Independent, no affiliations.
Who we work with
Profiles our format aligns with best. If you recognize yourself here, chances are high we'll find a good fit. We're a young firm — we also pick clients with care, so we deliver quality.
Companies 10-200 employees with engaged founder
Decisions happen fast, without 5 layers of approval. We have direct contact with someone who understands P&L impact and wants clarity, not PowerPoint.
Overloaded operational teams
Ops director or manager who sees daily where time is wasted. Doesn't ask for AI because it's cool, but because it solves a specific problem (order processing, reporting, support).
Companies without an internal tech team
We handle the technical side. You get a partner who speaks business language and implements code language. Clear docs and handover to an internal contact.
Mid-maturity digital companies
Already use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, have a CRM (even simple), know what a workflow is. We don't start from zero, we build on what exists.
How a collaboration runs
Five phases. Calibrated so you can stop after any of them if it doesn't fit. No contracts that lock you for two years.
- 1
1. Discovery (free, 30 min)
Initial Zoom conversation. We understand your business, current priorities and where you feel friction. Conclusion: whether to move forward or not (sometimes we say no).
- 2
2. Audit (1-2 weeks)
Conversations with 3-5 team members. Map of existing processes. We identify AI opportunities with measurable impact. Deliver report + priority-sorted recommendations.
- 3
3. Roadmap (1 week)
Detailed plan over 6-12 months, with phases, estimated costs, KPIs and dependencies. Alignment session with management. Docs become the base for your internal decisions.
- 4
4. Guided implementation (variable)
We either execute (technical work), guide you (if you have an internal team), or a combo. Periodic progress meetings, course corrections along the way.
- 5
5. Measurement & iteration (ongoing)
We set KPIs and the monitoring system. Monthly or quarterly review: what works, what doesn't, what we change. Roadmap updated based on real data.
What results to expect
The numbers below come from public industry studies and reported AI implementations by mid-sized companies — not from our portfolio. They vary by domain and team adoption. We use them as calibration reference, not as a promise.
Time reduction on repetitive processes (ops, reporting, support)
Throughput increase per team (with the same headcount)
Payback for a medium implementation program (€15-30k)
Real adoption in first 90 days when change management is done well
What does consulting cost
Three formats, calibrated to your need. We can combine or adjust — we talk concretely after the free discovery.
AI Audit
€1,500 - €3,000Starter — for companies that want to decide where investment pays off. Written report + 1-2 presentation sessions. Concrete recommendations, not generalities.
Roadmap & strategy
€3,500 - €6,000Audit + detailed 6-12 month plan with phases, costs, KPIs and owners. Documentation that can back a board decision.
Consulting retainer
€1,500 - €4,000 / monthFor companies that want a long-term AI consultant. Recurring sessions, decision guidance, periodic audit, vendor support. No minimum implementation volume.
Frequently asked questions
How is consulting different from training?+
Training teaches you how to use a tool. Consulting helps you decide IF that tool fits you, IN WHICH process, AT WHAT priority, and HOW you measure success. Training is a piece, consulting is the map.
Do you guarantee results?+
We guarantee two things: we deliver what we promised on the agreed timeline, and if our recommendation doesn't seem right after the audit, we stop there. We don't guarantee business outcomes — they depend on execution and variables we don't control. But we show you data from similar-profile companies.
Do you work with companies under 10 people?+
Yes, but the format differs. For very small companies (5-15 people), we recommend a short audit + 1-2 focused implementations, not a full program. Typical budget: €2,500-€6,000.
What does the first meeting look like?+
Free Zoom discovery (30 min): you tell us the context, we ask concrete questions and outline if we can help. At the end, we decide together if we go to a paid audit or not. No insistent follow-up if you say no.
What if I already have an AI tool that doesn't work?+
Common case. We start with an audit of the existing implementation: what's not working (process, tech, adoption?), then propose fixes or replacements. Sometimes we save the existing investment, sometimes a restart is cheaper.
Do you work with public sector?+
Yes, with a clear scope and a counterpart with mandate. For EU-funded projects we can deliver compliant deliverables and documentation. For public procurement — step by step, per procedure.
Which tools do you recommend?+
We recommend tools we've verified on internal projects and standard industry patterns. The list includes Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, n8n, Make, Pinecone — final choice depends on your existing stack and GDPR / on-premise constraints. For tools we avoid, we explain why in the audit.
How do you avoid conflicts of interest?+
We're not a reseller. We don't take vendor commissions. Our fees come exclusively from you. This lets us tell you honestly when a tool doesn't fit, even if it's popular.
