1. Discovery (free, 30 min)
Zoom call: who are your clients, what do you want them to learn on the site, what's the realistic budget and timeline. Conclusion: whether we can deliver under your conditions or not (sometimes we say no).

2. Brief and sitemap (1 week)
Written document with goals, target audience, site structure (sitemap), priority SEO keywords, copy guidelines. Validated together before touching design.

3. Design and prototype (1-2 weeks)
Figma wireframe → high-fidelity visual on 2-3 key pages (homepage, listing, detail). Iterate until it's right. Other pages inherit the system. No surprises at launch.

4. Development and content (2-4 weeks)
Build on the chosen stack. We implement full technical SEO from day 1: dynamic meta, schema, sitemap, hreflang, IndexNow. Content: either we write it (with your guidance), or we receive it from you.

Domain setup, SSL certificate, Google Search Console + Google Analytics + Bing connected, IndexNow notified. We hand over a short CMS user manual (if applicable). Tech support 60 days after launch.

Frequently asked questions
How long until the site is live?+
For a Launch site (3-5 pages), 3-5 weeks from kickoff. Standard with blog and integrations, 5-8 weeks. E-commerce, 6-10 weeks. The bottleneck usually isn't on us — it's on content from you. If we write it, we accelerate by 1-2 weeks.
Who owns the site after delivery?+
You do. Code, hosting account, domain, Google Search Console / Analytics accounts — all on your email. We stay as editors only if we sign a maintenance contract. Handover includes a short user manual and full access to everything.
Do you also write content or just code?+
We can do both. If you want us to write content, we sign a separate addon (€250-400 / 5 pages, depending on complexity). Adds 1-2 weeks to timeline. If you write, we receive a draft we adjust for SEO and voice.
Will the site be Google-optimized from day 1?+
Yes. We apply the same SEO playbook we built for neuroai.ro: real SSG with Puppeteer (88+ pages with hydrated HTML), page-type-specific schema (Service, Article, Product, FAQPage), correct sitemap + hreflang, auto-submit to Google Search Console + Bing + IndexNow.
How many free revisions are included?+
During development: unlimited revisions on brief and sitemap, 2 design revision rounds (homepage + 1 inner page), 2 text rounds. Post-launch: 60 days of small fixes and adjustments included (max 4-6 hours work / month). Major changes = new scope.
Do we use WordPress?+
Only if you want and have a real reason (internal team knows WP, specific plugin needed, etc.). Our default is static-first with headless CMS — faster, safer, cheaper to host, much better for SEO. WordPress becomes a bottleneck at 50+ pages and frequent updates.
Do you also do post-launch maintenance?+
Yes, but optional. Many firms pick a €250-400 / month package for minor updates + monitoring. For firms without an internal tech team we recommend it — otherwise the site becomes vulnerable 6-12 months post-launch.
Do you work with EU funds / authorities?+
Yes. We have an FM project on record (FRN Energy). We understand visual identity requirements, transparency, procurement publication, indicators. We can deliver compliant reporting documentation. For public procurement: we work strictly per procedure, no shortcuts.
